Hosting Plans
All Plans include daily backups of all resources (files, images, databases), and 3X redundant data replication on SSD performance hard drives at our virtual/cloud based data center (based on Microsoft Azure Cloud). Standard 9:30a-5:30p (EST) M-F phone support and 24x7 email support included. Some incidents may require escalation, and when maintenance plan is not present, trouble ticket must be purchased.

GalaxyLinq Maintenance Plans are the most cost effective option if you find yourself needing to tweak and fine-tune your custom Galaxy E-Commerce or Galaxy CMS solution to your business on continuous and regular basis. No one can build on and add features to any software faster and more efficient than the people who wrote the software. The higher plans (M24+) will dedicate a software engineer to your team/organization - this will ensure the most effective support operation.
For reference, the high prices are the costs for equal maintenance and developer hours using regular hourly rates.
