GalaxyLinq Maintenance Plans
By making a purchase and signing up for GalaxyLinq Maintenance Plan you agree to the below:
- The Maintenance Plan has a monthly recurring fee equal to the price you are paying upon signup
- The recurring monthly fee will be billed automatically (on a monthly basis) using the payment method you use to make your purchase and signup today
- Charges will appear on your statement from "Galaxy Commerce"
- Maintenance Plan term length is undefined
- Maintenance Plan can be cancelled by customer at anytime
- GalaxyLinq reserves the right to update the Maintenance Plan price or the included amount of hours. In case of any upcoming Maintenance Plan changes, GalaxyLinq will notify customer 6 months in advance before applying the new terms and pricing
- Unused Maintenance Plan hours are transferable to next month (but are lost if still unused on the 4th month)
- Overages of up to 10% more hours (than what is included in the plan) are allowed at no cost up to 3 consecutive months (following months will have no grace allowance of free hours)
- Overages exceeding 10% more hours (than what is included in the plan) will be billed using the plan hourly rate.
