By making a purchase and signing up for GalaxyLinq Hosting Plan you agree to the below:
- The hosting plan has a monthly recurring fee equal to the price you are paying upon signup
- The recurring monthly fee will be billed automatically (on a monthly basis) using the payment method you use to make your purchase and signup today
- Charges will appear on your statement from "Galaxy Commerce"
- Hosting term length is undefined
- Hosting can be cancelled by customer at anytime
- GalaxyLinq reserves the right to update the hosting price or the included bandwidth and/or storage limits. In case of any upcoming price or contract term changes, GalaxyLinq will notify customer 6 months in advance before applying the new terms and pricing
- The guaranteed service availability is 99.9%
- In case availability is less than 99.5%, customer will receive 15% refund
- In case availability is less than 99.0%, customer will receive 25% refund
